Dual Space theory aims to cure many of the problems of physics. The current LARGE problem is the Pioneer 10 Anomaly. Everyone has had a shot at this one. Relativity can't solve it, only Dual Space can. I present my solution as paper #4 below. It has also been emailed today May 17, 2006 to the participants in the ISSI 2005 conference, since arxiv would not accept it unless I had an endorser, presumably one who had written two papers in the last 5 years on the Pioneer 10 anomaly.

The "big" laws of gravity and electro-magnetics are written for the vacuum of space, but since space is a pure void, these laws require pure faith thus violating the spirit of science. Because the laws appear to work, the "magic" must lie in the vacuum itself. Dual Space theory is able to discover a space behind the vacuum that makes it all come true. Our idea of the universe must be adjusted. It is not the 4-dimensional composite of relativity.

Most theories of physics such as Newton’s and Einstein’s begin "in the middle" whereas Dual Space

drills into the vacuum to discover a whole new construction of the universe. The "Permittivity Paper" 

below is formal proof of the new space that is needed to validate gravity and E&M.

Several other papers provide samples of the Dual Space theory. The "Gravity Theory" paper shows

how special and general relativity effects are easily demonstrated in our new geometry (our 3D

universe flying along in the new 4D space).

#7 is Dual Space' explanation of starlight bending as it passes the Sun. Relativity's explanations seem not that well defined.

May 5, 2005: Adding paper #9 that explains Dual Space' concept of constant creation as it applies to gamma ray bursters.

May 6, 2005 Paper #10 elaborates on properties in primal cell which is basis for Espace.

Dual Space theory has been developed over the past five years and exists as a 240 page volume heavy

to equations, as every new concept must be proved. Dual Space covers a vast expanse even to predicting
